Terms of Service

These terms cover the apps and the website published by NyanNyanVoca, trading as Pawblesse. Installing or using one of our apps means you accept them.

Using our apps

Our apps are free to download. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to install and run them on devices you own or control, for your own use.

Subscriptions and purchases

Part of each app is free to use. The rest is premium, available as a recurring subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase.

Payment, renewal, and refunds are handled entirely by the app store you bought through. We never see or store your card details. A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it, and deleting the app does not cancel it — cancel in your store account settings.

Refunds follow the policy of the store that took the payment, not ours. If something went wrong, write to us anyway and we will help you sort it out with them.

What you may not do

• Copy, resell, or redistribute the app or the material inside it
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract assets except where local law expressly allows it
• Use our characters, artwork, names, or logos in your own product or marketing without written permission

Who owns what

The characters, artwork, animation, audio, names, and software in our apps belong to us. That includes MochiNyan, CookieNyan, the NyanNyanVoca brand, and the Pawblesse name and marks.

Third-party material such as dictionary content or open-source libraries stays with its own owners under its own licence.

Availability

We provide our apps as they are. We work to keep them correct and running, but we do not promise that a given app will be free of bugs, available without interruption, or suitable for a particular purpose such as passing an exam.

We may update, change, or discontinue an app. If we retire one, we will say so on this site before it leaves the store.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our apps. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. If your local consumer law gives you stronger protection, that protection still applies to you.

Changes

We update these terms when our apps change. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
